Allergen Disclaimer

Whilst we take extensive steps to ensure that the list of allergen ingredients on our menus and allergen matrix is accurate, we cannot say that any dish on our menus is “free-from” any allergen, but only that it does not contain that allergen as an ingredient.

All of our food and drink is prepared on premises where nuts, cereals containing gluten, and other allergens are present, and we cannot guarantee that our dishes and drinks will be 100% allergen free. If you suffer from sensitive trace reactions for any allergen please be aware that we are unable to guarantee full suitability.

Fish may contain bones and game may contain shot.

Our allergen information relates to dishes which contain the 14 main allergens which are required to be declared under legislation and as advertised by our suppliers. Dishes may contain additional ingredients which you could be allergic / intolerant to and which we have not highlighted, and our menu descriptions do not include all ingredients used in the dish.
If you have an allergy or intolerance to an allergen other than any one of those 14 then please tell a member of staff before you order or consume any dishes from our menus.

Our team are trained to deal with the 14 main allergens recognised by 2014 EU legislation. as a result, we ONLY cater for the 14 “main” allergens recognised by 2014 EU legislation.

Even if you have consumed a particular dish on a previous visit, it is important to make your choices based on the current allergen content of dishes as ingredients may change due to adjustments by our suppliers.

Our vegetarian and vegan dishes are created using ingredients which have been confirmed suitable by our suppliers. However, they are stored and prepared in areas where meat and dairy are also handled and may have come into contact with meat-based ingredients.

To deal with your allergy safely, we would require a pre order at least 48 hours prior to your visit when dealing with allergen requests.
